If you've made a purchase and Test Link(s) haven't arrived in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your junk or filtered inboxes as
emails from the testing platform will sometimes be diverted. The emails will be coming from accountests@evolveassess.com. If you still can’t find it, email us at help@accountests.com

How do I access test reports?

When a candidate completes a test results are compiled into a report which is emailed to the test purchaser. The Report Notification email contains a link to download the report - simply click the link, enter your log in details, and your report will automatically download. First time users will need to follow the instructions in the email to set up an account before
accessing reports. Alternatively, customers can log in to the testing platform and navigate to the report via the Analysis Centre > Campaigns > and selecting the correct test. More information on accessing reports can be found on the Troubleshooting page.

Can I get a refund?

Test links do not expire and will always access the most recent version of the test. If you have purchased the wrong test, please contact us at help@accountests.com and we’ll exchange it for you. If you’d like a refund, please see our Refund Policy for details. Refunds can only be made to the credit card used for the purchase
