Who is this test for?

The QuickBooks Online Beginner Test is designed to allow candidates to demonstrate their proficiency with QuickBooks Online at a Beginner level.

A beginner user is capable of:

  • navigating the software's interface; and
  • performing basic routine transactions like recording expenses, invoicing customers, paying bills, and reconciling accounts.

    Although they may need some guidance or support initially, a beginner user should be comfortable handling these fundamental tasks, setting a solid foundation for more advanced functions as they gain confidence and experience with the software.

    What does this test cover?

    The QuickBooks Online Beginner Test assesses skills required for Banking & Reconciling, Chart of Accounts & Reports, Customers & Accounts Receivable, and Vendors & Accounts Payable.

    This test is suitable for QuickBooks Online only (not QuickBooks Desktop).

    The test includes 40 questions, with a time limit of 40 minutes.
